Our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before shipment. Production and processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and delivery destination. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive in more than one package.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the contact information provided during checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an address error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package appears to be lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may be requested when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and have different tracking numbers.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities.
